north or south bond. they are going on time. maligned >> following a developing story this morning, milpitas police are investigating a possible kidnapping that was witnessed by an a-c transit driver. this is surveillance video of the assault that happened tuesday evening. the bus driver pulled up to a stop on east calaveras boulevard and opened it's that's when a man can be heard referencing a bag held by the woman, who then shouts for the driver to call police. police say the surveillance video, captured by a camera on the bus, backs up the driver's account of what maligned she noticed that a male and female was an altercation and when she opened the door the female of asked for help and asked her to call police. >> an attempted kidnapping caught on surveillance camera. a man grabs a woman -- right outside the open doors of a city bus. it happened in milpitas tuesday. and police are now searching for the pair. police say they only have a

>> welcome back. fast food restaurant workers and 100 u.s. cities planned to walk off the job today. this is part of a national effort to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour. protesters began last year and have since gained momentum. the median pay for the fast to workers nationwide is just over $9 an hour, about 18,500 a year. that is lower than the census bureau's poverty income threshold level for a family of four. >>

new this morning. a 16- year-old student is behind bars after bringing a "sawed off" district earlier this week. the firearm was found tuesday afternoon at phillip and sala burton academic high school. a school staff member noticed an unattended backpack in the school's wellness center with the weapon inside. the student was later identified and booked into juvenile hall on multiple weapons related charges. align >> the search for a plane piloted by a san jose man will continue later this morning. this is the plane that was carrying dale smith and four others went it disappeared in a mountainous region of idaho earlier this week. the plane was headed to butte, montana but never arrived.
